Meet Dan Sullivan

Dan Sullivan has worked in the commercial cleaning industry for over forty years.  He has extensive knowledge of all levels of the business from entry level position where he started while in high school and college to senior management throughout the State of Connecticut and beyond.

In 1983, Dan earned his CBSE from the Building Service Contractors Association International.  This certification holds one to high moral and ethical standards.  The certification is renewed every three years if one maintains knowledge and education as to the “best practices” and equipment in the industry.

Dan’s philosophy is to set his company apart from the fray as all local contractors are hiring from the same pool of workers.  The difference with the people employed by Dan is that they are very well supervised and trained.  They are always treated with respect and their voices are heard by management.  Dan trains his management staff to listen to front line workers and use any mistakes as occasions to learn.  His positive outlook and employee communications are rewarded by low turnover rate and high longevity rate with regard to personnel.

Dan believes that communication on all levels with personnel and with customers alike is an essential part of a successful commercial business.  Management visits field employees and account contacts regularly, day and night.  This “hands on” approach has earned the company high customer satisfaction and that translates in to above average customer rentention.
