Meet Joe Afonso

Joe Afonso came to the United States from Portugal in 1978. He has been employed by Master Custodial Service for fifteen years. He has earned great respect as he has risen through the ranks. Joe started as a part time supervisor with Master Custodial Service and has worked his way up to a full time Operations Manager. Joe has over 20 years in the commercial cleaning industry. He has experience in all areas of specialty cleaning such as cleaning "clean" rooms, long term health care facilities, pharmaceutical production and research labs.

Joe's dedication to service excellence has been well received and appreciated by our customers. Joe recruits new employees and trains them with a thoughtful "hands on" approach. Joe's team members have pride in their work and are therefore able to provide a quality service from which the Master Custodial Service brand continues to enjoy in the form of an excellent reputation in the industry.
